Eligibility for Refund:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at our customer support team with photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping:
If you wish return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item. Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Manufacturing Defects:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team quickly with your order number and details.

Exchange:
No Exchanges are accepted.
